Yes things went smoothly, there was just a couple of things - my confirmation said we would need to collect the ticket from the barrier but no ticket came out but as the barrier raised, we drove in. Once parked, we were not 100% sure where to go but as both of the buses parked were not in use, we walked to one of the bus stops and hoped the bus would come...I think if you are using the service for the first time, a bit more info could be given what to do on arrival to make it easier.

Very helpful staff both at initial booking and actually just before we left when our booked car broke down! The lady who helped me sort this problem was absolutely lovely, so no stress at all for me and my other half. Thank you so much:))

The printed instructions for entry are incorrect in that a ticket is actually NOT required. The whole entry and exit procedure is automatic through number plate recognition.

I've used this facility before and all went as planned but I was unaware the bus stop outside the airport arrivals hall for when I came back had moved. Perhaps a warning would have been helpful.

Everything went smoothly but with one minor exception. Your instruction stated - Drive to the barrier take the ticket which you will require upon exit. No ticket arrived. However your helpful operator was quick to assure that no tickets are now given to pre booked arrangements.

I put in flight details when booking clearly showing I was flying back at 22.25 from bodrum on the 12th May arriving back obviously early hours on 13th but was charged £10 to leave car park as I was told was 23hours late I disagree the flight details are the only one from bodrum to this airport on that day very disappointed customer
