Really easy to find, could do with its own post code but I know that's not really possible. Really friendly staff who guided us and the buses ran smoothly

I think perhaps you need to have someone patrol the carnpark. There were many cars parked across 2 spaces, due to incompetent parking, meaning you are selling spaces when there are none to use. I ended up parking down a central line, but had my car been damaged who would have been at fault, or who could I have claimed from?

Sat on bus for 25 mins lady driver rude never even told us wat carpark we had entered people missed stops she said if you don't press buzzer I dont stop!! Spaces small!! Never again couldn't believe her attitude !!

Perfectly adequate for the price. A little cramped in block M as vehicle were allowed to park in the aisle behind us which made getting out a bit of a faff.

This was my first time of using the airport parking myself, I was very happy with how smooth it all went. So much easier to be able to just leave your car and jump on the shuttle, then do the reverse when you get back.

I've always used Jetparks and up until now have been delighted with there service. However,when I booked this time, I entered the flight details it automatically entered departure and arrival times which appeared to be OK other than the fact the flight got in after midnight because of a delay. This incurred another £10 charge which others obviously incurred but refused to pay causing a massive delay at the exit barrier at 2am. Not great. Secondly, on departure day, the car park seemed massively overbooked due to the download festival with cars parked over 2 bays and down the centre of the lanes!

Arrived to find they had not registered our car no, and then we drove round park for 20 minutes trying to find a parking spot, then had to walk quite a distance to bus stop in the pouring rain, not impressed at all with facilities!!!!!!

hi had no problem at all the driver of the shuttle buss was very help full arrived at the car park barriers thy let me in straight away car park very full lucky I found a space got on shuttle bus straight to air port terminal no problem same leaving terminal to shuttle bus to return to car park after hols no problem

No, the vehicle registration plate recognition didn't work, we were allowed in but no ticket was issued so therefore we had no ticket to exit the park. When we tried to exit the park by pushing the assist button the gentleman told us he had us registered as already exiting !! Not sure what was going on, but he did lift the barrier to let us out.
