I was disgusted with parking this time will not use again nor will I tell anybody else to use it every space should be numbered like 1A so on I paid well in advance to find that there was no spaces because idiots can not park properly.plus it just was not my self that could not find a space there was at least three of us all looking plus if a car did move by time you had gone round the park some one else that had come in jumped into the space I took a photo were we parked I had to get out plus take cases out before my husband parked up there should be some one thereto see that people are parking properly do not know what it is like in peak time must be extremely difficult to park

We have used JetParks 2 at East Midlands several times before and not had any problems. However, this last time we did find a distinct lack of parking spaces and the vehicle parking spaces were somewhat smaller in that we almost had to have a can opener to gain access to our vehicle on our return to the UK.

Absolutely fab! I spoke to the help line at the car park entrance because I remembered using the same car park a couple of years prior and being issued with a ticket. The gentleman on the other end was very helpful and polite.

We couldn't find a space to park. The car park was full. We went round and round. We eventually found a space with yellow grid and had to park there. When coming home later at 2am the barrier wouldn't let us out. There was a queue of cars. The phone lines said they were closed when we rang both of the numbers. Had to wait for patrol car to let us out!!

We had no problems at all from going to returning home. Barriers worked with Registration recognition both ways so no need to contact anyone. Bus service very prompt as well. Brilliant service we will use again for sure.

The car park was just gravel not exactly brilliant for pulling suitcases over ! The bus hadn't got sufficient room for luggage. We couldn't get off because so many trying to get on with luggage in the passage ways. Lack of shelter in the rain.Wouldn't go there again as it was ridiculously expensive.

Booking was extremely easy and arrival was great. Only slight criticism would be that the transfer pick up point and moved from the previous year- maybe this could have been mentioned when booking. Also, 3 planes gad landed at once and so the que for the transfer bus was long. Other than that- great service!

Simple to book and east yo use...until it rains. Couldn't get our because of rain on my number plate. Maybe a note telling us this would have helped.

The directions could be better, the gate wasn't working going in which confused us, the attitude to where to park was help yourself (there were about five spaces in amongst 500 cars, the Jetpark office outside the airport didn't have an obvious sign so we didn't know where to find it and had to ask. All for nearly 50 quid for a week. APH are ten times better.
