No problems entering the car park but was not issued with a ticket so had to press call button to leave .

Only problem was that the number recognition at the car park did not work straightaway when trying to exit from the car park, neither did the so called emergency contact button to speak to someone. took four tries before it worked

Everything went smoothly and exactly as we were promised. One saving grace was that our departure time overran because of the four and a half hour delay by the French air traffic controllers but the barrier still let us out with no problem. Thank you

Was charged £10 extra as plane was delayed which had knock on effect and queue and delay at EM airport. Not really your fault but still annoying. Never had that before with other company.

Booking with H.E excellent J.P 2 car park spaces rough and waterlogged transfers outbound ok on return (after midnight)pouring with rain VERY little shelter when waiting a long time (30mins)for transfer bus to return it was full when we and several others arrived,not how you want a holiday to end.

Apart from huge lumps of rock and rough surfaces where we parked (you needed an off-roader) everything was fine. We saw no staff as the whole process was automated.

Good, well laid out car park. Car location & nearest bus stop easy to identify. Buses to airport ran regularly & were clean, with helpful staff. Would have appreciated larger, clearer directions on the approach to finding relevant car park. There are several in the area & not having been before, arriving in the dark with roadworks to get through was pretty difficult!

Due to our holiday return being delayed, we returned 48 hours late arriving at 10.pm. We struggled with a badly lit exit machine and could not see what to press or how/where to insert my Debit card. A VERY helpful courteous bus driver came out of his bus to show me the otherwise not seen yellow help button. The employee responding to the button was very understanding, asked why we had been delayed, and when we explained it was due to hospitalisation, he said we did not need to pay, and let us leave FOC. What consideration, and our thanks not just for the money saved, but the considerate dealing with a couple of pensioners who were already stressed by the illness issue!!! Mary & David Bennett

the only problem was we nearly missed the bus back as you had moved the jet parks bus to further away from the terminal and it wasn't clear enough. we certainly missed any signs if there were one. we waited in the old bus stop area and only due to luck we spotted the bus further away.
