When we got to the car park there weren’t any spaces as people had double parked and parts of the car park had been sectioned off. People need to monitor the parking so there are definitely enough spaces as this made us late driving around trying to find a bit of rough parking-we ended up parking on some sand bags and cones on part of the building site.

Flight good hotel ok taxi terrible we pre booked and paid for a 4 seat taxi each way we were taken to the hotel in a 10 year old rough mini bus by a maniac driver to a 4 star hotel, we looked like gipsies and the taxi didnt even turn up to take us back to the airport. There isnt anything more stressful than missing a flight. The arrangements were to be picked up at 4.10 for which I received 2 emails we were ready at 3.45 the taxi wasnt there so I called the taxi office 4.15 and the lady said she would call the driver and get back to me immediatly she didnt so I called 5 times up intil 4.30 with no answer so when a cab pulled up at our hotel at 4.35 I bundled the wife and daughter in. The cab fare was €25 when I got into departures 1 hour 30 minutes before the flight I called the taxi office again to complain and the lady just said that the driver had tried to call me which I have records on my phone which proves he did not for which I would like a refund please

Used EMA jet parks before never problems reading car registration. This time had to use intercom at exit-very straightforward helpful advice took seconds to exit. Staff on telephone also very helpful always.

Efficient pick up service to and from the airport terminal. The car park number plate recognition doesn't work so had to press for assistance to enter and leave the car park.

everything run very smoothly, Only issue I have is the size of the bus stop shelters, these could do to be increased in size as if it were raining then our party of 4 would have been stood out in the rain along with our baggage. Maybe this is something that could be looked into going forward.

jetParks2 was quite good but they need to improve on the sickness of their operation especially the coach transfer frequency and the car park exit procedure needs to be clearer and explained better in advance. Other than that very good as car park entry worked a treat.

The directions you sent out were useless,we had to go in to aro parks to find out were you were & the chap said he tells many people , if you would put a sign on were it said cargo it would make finding you a lot easier, coming back your driver forgot to shout our stop out being at 1.30 am so we then had to walk back to our stop please try to do something about this as it will life a lot better

Everything went smoothly. Only waited a couple of minutes for a transfer bus. Problem with the barrier on exiting the car park. It wouldn't lift for the cars in front of us. Tried phoning the number given but offices were closed. Eventually the barriers did lift

I put the car registration slightly wrong so the barrier would rise. The staff on the intercom were very good and produced a disc via the machine to allow us out on our return to uk.
