Not very impressed with the bus transfer,said bus due every 10_15 mins,we waited 45 mins for a bus & made us VERY late,pressed the HELP button on Numerous occasions & NOONE at all answered & noone else to advise

Improvements could be made by making sure that all driver are using only 1 parking space and charging extra drivers who are double parking as lines are clearly visible but there was a number of vehicles taking 2 parking spaces. Other that that we’ve had no problems, short waiting time for the shuttle, clean car parking, we will be using it again.

Only thing i think that could be inproved is I think you should have seperate buses to seperate car parks With just 1 bus and everybody getting on it When it comes to each stop its a nightmare when people getting off having to move cases and all the time trying to stop the bus doors from closing so people can get off at there stop

Having used Jet2 parks Leeds Bradford in the past I expected the same excellent service, not the case. Not signposted very well. Not a lot of room for luggage on the transfer coach. On return my vehicle was covered in bird mess, costing me £10 in a local car wash to remove. On trying to exit the park the vehicle in front had problems and was stationary for about 10 minutes, no staff present to assist. Not good after a flight. Certainly a different service to that at Leeds Bradford and Manchester.

Parking spaces quite tight and people do park across 2 spaces. We got into the car park fine but when we tried to get out at 2am Sunday morning it wouldn't let us out so we had to buzz for someone to let us out which at that time in the morning you just want things to run smoothly and go home

Everything perfect from arrival at the car park to our departure, one week later. The buses both ways were a maximum of minutes wait and both drivers friendly. Would definitely use again.

On leaving the Car Park it was a windy night and it took approx. to leave the park. We eventually found out that the winds had upset the machine to let us out but there was no help or assistance and on the print out no phone number to contact as they were not answering the intercom on the exit barrier. I know it was 3 in the morning but I expect better help and assistance.

Jet Parks 2 is a very long way from the airport. The parking area is gravel and all over the road so difficult to walk with cases. Having to stand on the shuttle bus is also difficult.

Very awkward when waiting for bus on return. People don't seem to know which way to queue, or even which bus they need to get on. It gets very chaotic.
