Far too many people on the bus coming home late at night as they all had a large amount of luggage some people couldn’t easily get off the bus as the walkways were crammed with people and luggage and buggy’s with sleeping children.

Car park easy to find. Busy car park but still parking spaces available. Bus drivers helpful and clearly called out the stops. Always use jet parks and can’t see any reason to change.

Barrier did not open on way in had to call the operator and spend 10 minutes talking to him saying it wasn't booked until the next Day, even though the booking reference I had in my hand said it was correct and booked for the time he had arrived.

Everything fine. Smooth entrance and exit even though our flight was delayed majorly. Very tiny point to mention - you need a sign the other side on 'Bus Stop 4'. Otherwise perfect.

I have always used holiday extras to find my car park choice at East Midlands air port. My car has always been safe which is always a concern when leaving it for a week but I shouldn't worry as the car parks are well lit, 24 hour security so always safe. Even the police make trip around the car parks so someone is always watching which is a great weight off of my mind.

My registration number had been entered into the system incorrectly even though it was correct on my documents. This meant the ANPR could not read my number plate and I was delayed both going into and out of the car park resulting in several irate customers behind me.

We parked at AirParks 2 East Midlands. We just were not aware that no one took our keys and we were not signposted by a staff member to where spaces were free and it was pouring with rain! Having said this, we had no problem with the shuttle bus and pick up was easy. We will know next time!

Very efficient service. Bus was waiting when we came out of airport and both journeys to and from the airport were quick and straightforward. Plenty of bus tops meant we did not have to travel far with our luggage to and from our car. The only improvement we could suggest is more luggage space. The bus on the way back to the airport was quite busy. We were traveling with a pushchair, two suitcases and two travel bags. We found that there was limited space to store the luggage and my partner had to balance our luggage and another set of luggage on an empty seat. Maybe less seats and more luggage space would be useful.

It was necessary to change the return date and car reg the week before we went. Online didn't work, just kept bringing up hotels. Phoned and changed details, got confirmation. On arrival car park didn't recognise my number. When quoted old number, ok. On return same again, had to call for assistance, they said wrong number and overstay. Eventually sorted.

On the way out every was good. On the return we got into our car at approx. 23.25 and couldn't get oput of the JetParks2 carpark. We didn't receive any ticket entering carpark and the machine was asking for a coupon or some other information. It took a few minutes to find my original booking to find any addditional information but to no avail. The equipment by the barrier wasn't lit up and it was difficult to find the assistance button. Once I located it we finally managed to get out of the carpark. All of this took approx. 10 minutes

We were booked into Jetpark 2 - arrived with plenty of time to get to airport and was left for over an hour for a bus!! On return the bus was there but the lady driving drove very fast and erratic and in my opinion did not care for her passengers we were thrown all over the bus and found it hard not to fall over!!

We parked on JetParks2. No problem with entry. Enough room to park easily. Transfer bus arrived a couple of minutes after parking and plenty of room on board. On return we queued for no more than 5 minutes, plenty of room on board, departed promptly and transferred back to car park ok. Exit from car park was no problem.

ANPR not working on exit kept at the exit for 15mins in the cold and dark at 12:00 am. Not enough light to see the phone button on barrier terminal. When a bus stopped driver said phone butto top R.H. Corner. Too a few mins to get answer. Jetparks1&2 had the same hold up problem. A young woman would feel very uncomfortable going through this experience and so did I.

Post Code directions to Car Park incorrect, leading to 18 miles detour!!. On arrival no parking places were available. Cars were parked at end of rows, verges, etc. We eventually had to leave the car near a junction where it was least likely to cause obstruction. Transfer to/from the airport went well. Experience of leaving the car park was abysmal. Waited for several minutes at one barrier, nothing happened and no information/machine to contact anyone. We tried the next barrier, the screen says “Out of Serviceâ€, tried pressing the large red button -nothing happened. Tried every other obvious button - nothing happened. Drove to some porakabins within the car park where a bus driver advised pressing the “button†and a phone would ring. Returning to the barrier there was an inconspicuous, especially as it was now dark, button with a phone symbol on it. This was pressed and it rang for quite some time. Eventually it was answered, I provided my registration number and the operative confirmed that I had already paid. I was asked to wait and eventually the barrier would lift. EVENTUALLY it did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Barrier didn’t lift when trying to enter the car park which I was booked into (Jet Parks 2 at East Midlands Airport) Had to call for help & was told to go Jet Parks 1 to park as there was room in that car park. I was only trying to park where I was booked & found it very embarrassing as I had 4 cars behind me. Had the same problem on leaving the car park yesterday. I have never had a problem before but might use a different car park in future.

We book airport car parking. When we got there there were no spaces! Car parking attendant had to try and find some extra spaces. It a good job we left plenty of time. I don't know what the people after us would have done! Literally not more spaces left!

We booked Jet parks 2 at East Midlands airport. Unfortunately because other drivers had parked across 2 spaces we were forced to park in Jet Parks 1. The staff were helpful & as anticipated there was an issue for us & three other cars in front trying to get out when we arrived back. We each had to ring the telecom help buzzer to have our details checked so we could leave at no extra charge. The bays that aren’t marked properly need sorting out then if people do take up 2 bays they’re charged accordingly. Luckily we weren’t on the last minute when we were trying to park otherwise we’d have been really stressed out.
