The staff were very helpful. Only one down side when we arrived back in UK we couldn't all get on the one bus and had to wait quite a while for another bus. apart from that brilliant.

I found it difficult to use the automated machine. It was 3:00am and there was no one on hand to assist. Other travellers had the same problem. No issues on the return journey as the driver could not have been more helpful
