Service fine but not that happy with the new drop off point- if raining would get absolutely soaked. You advertise it as 2 mins from terminal-it is more than 2 mins wish luggage to negotiate.

Even though our flight was delayed a few hours there was no extra cost and the staff were very helpful. I was impressed with the way the staff helped out with an elderly couple who were struggling with a wheelchair.

Staff always helpful especially with their help with Goldtrail. Alternative flights were arranged and all relevant people were informed, i.e resort, hoppa & my hotel accommodation, so your company were very helpful and I will be using you again.

I unexpectedly had to extend my trip, and gave Airparks notice of this two days before my original return date. I was not greatly pleased to be charged £7 per day for the extra days instead of the initial £5 per day charge.

Staff & facilities great, the hike to the airport terminal from the bus drop off disgusting, not the fault of airparks but Cardiff Aiport for moving the bus drop off point

The whole holiday was good .Facilities and staff were excellent though some of the evening meals lacked variation in as much as there was a lot of fish dishes available but little else as an alternative. As I am not a fish lover this led to some incovenience as regards to our choices .

The bus could not stop outside terminal, other buses could!! It was dark and pouring with rain so soaked through as we were dropped in car park and had to walk. Would not use Airparks at Cardiff again but not had a problem at other airports we have used through Holiday Extras.

Airport Lounge very good. Airport parking confusing with Automated Machines!! Drop off not good as a fair walk to Airport not good if raining or if you are elderly.
