The shuttle bus runs too infrequently considering the low number of aircraft. There is no shelter when waiting at the airport and it was blowing a gale when we used the service. Must be awful when it's raining!!

Prompt at reception on drop off and pick up. Nice to see the new drop off next to the terminal building. My 1 criticism would be the frequency of the buses, some waiting involved.

The transfers were an absolute shambles on arrival. As a result we got a taxi after waiting for nearly an hour and didn't even bother to take a chance with the transfer on the way back

Apart from a slight delay in booking in the service was excellent. The meet & greet service is a sheer delight when you arrive at the airport exhausted and just want to get home as soon as possible

Holiday Inn Cardiff Airport staff were fab. Because of the snow they were really busy, we only booked our room on the Saturday morning and got there in the afternoon.

everything run smoothly, much better drop off point compared to the summer period of 2010, bus was quick taking us to the airport and there waiting when we got back -- great service, will be booking again for summer 2011 !!

No staff at car park when we arrived so unfamiliar with automated system of leaving keys etc. Very long wait for bus to airport and to take us back on return. Would never use this company again - better to pay more and save hanging around.

Owing to the airport reconfiguration, the pick up/drop off point was too far away from the terminal. The wait for the transfer bus on return was far too long. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My only complaint was that we had to wait 25 mins to be collected after we arrived at the collection point. As a result, one of the party missed a connecting train.
