Very good price, disappointing to turn up at park car with no staff to assist in a very confusing parking system, the bus driver had to help us and others through the system, however once we were shown everything went smoothly.

The Staff and transport were great. Our only observation is that if the weather is inclement then there is no where to shelter. Thankfully the weather was dry but cold.

We were especially impressed that you did not charge for the extra day's parking, due to delay in our return flight - volcanic ash disruption. The young lady running the Cardiff office is extremely helpful and efficient.

We were not warned beforehand that due to roadworks outside Cardiff Airport there was a long walk from the drop off and pick up which defeated the object of the reason for the booking. Prior warning should have been given.

We were not told of the road repair work being done outside the terminal building at Cardiff Airport. This meant a 300 yard walk carrying heavy baggage in the rain on both the outward and inward journeys to catch the transfer coach.

This is the fourth time in 12 months I have used Airparks at Cardiff, even with the postponement of my latest trip due to the volcanic eruption, the booking was rearranged at no extra cost and the staff are efficient and polite.

I will never use Airparks Cardiff again. We had to wait over 30 minutes to be transferred to the airport, even though they had a bus there waiting. This made us nearly miss check in.

My flight took off from Alicante on the 28th June. I landed at 00:15 a.m on the 29th June. An oversight on my part and was charged an extra £7. Unacceptable in my book. I'll be parking elsewhere from now on.
