Used the AirParks facility at Cardiff and it couldn't be any simpler. Took away a great of hassle from the usual pre & post holiday experience. I would recommend without hesitation. Thank You!

could not fault your service when booking was made, but the wait at the airparks was to long for the transfer to the airport approx 40 minutes, and on return approx 20 minutes, just happy it was not raining as the customers would have been soaked.

Slight delay on bus leaving facility, but could not fault staff for helpfulness. Return journey was brilliant - the bus was there to meet the flight and my car was waiting for me on arrival at the car park.

Quite a long wait for the bus to the airport but quick comimg back. surprising long distance from the drop-off point to to the terminal with heavy baggage.

I couldn't fault the staff they were very helpful.Didn't enjoy waiting for the courtesy bus at the end of the holiday and wondered why it wasn't timed with the arrival of the plane but apart from that it was good.

the drop off was a bit of a problem as we were not informed at check inthe bus was leaving in 5 mins however the bus did run us and a number of peolpe to the airport with in 15 mins
