Massive queue for bus to get back to silver parking, a bit annoying as we'd waited nearly two hours for our cases. Next time I'll go in the long stay right opposite the airport as then no need for bus and only a couple of quid more

The approach road was closed and there were little to no diversion signs. Not your fault, but found it extremely difficult to find our way to the airport.

Drop off was easy. Transport to and from airport was easy. But when we returned I had to walk a long way from the collection building to get my vehicle and as a blue badge holder that parked in accessible disabled parking on drop off I expected to come back to the vehicle also in disabled pick up which made the journey home less favourable

Booked Silver Zone parking at Bristol airport. Very good service, easy to drop off the car. the shuttle buses are frequent and the collection on return was hassle free.

Excellent staff , ready to explain the system . First time I had used your service. Flight delayed for 2 hours, so it was great to be picked up immediately by the bus. Keys returned quickly , so I was able to head home in good time. Your site is clearly marked both when arriving and for collecting the car.

The booking was fine, done and confirmed online. Slightly cheaper, so fine. The constant, almost daily, reminders that "there's still time to book!!" and "space is limited .. book now for your dates!!" were irritating in the extreme. Trying to unsubscribe simply didn't work. The reminders kept coming. Didn't your system know we had booked? Why not? Considered trying to block Holiday Extras and just go direct to airport next time!!

After an hour delay on the return flight we arrived back to bristol airport and waited another 2 and a half hours for our bags. In all we arrived 3 and a half hours after the flight was due to land when returning to collect my car I was told it would be 30 minutes as it was not ready yet. Flight was due to land it was when i tried to collect my car. finally getting my car returned at. Around 20 other people from the flight also had to wait for their car to be returned. With an already tired 3 year old it was not good enough not to have my car ready on return.

Dropped the car off and there was assistance to use machines if needed. Very straightforward instructions and no help needed. Transfer bus took us straight to departures . When we landed bus took us straight to silver zone and key was given with directions to our car,all very straight forward

When I returned, I gave the person my Green ticket to collect my keys, she couldn’t find it and told me to wait for someone else. Half an hour went past and no one came. Then someone who came of their break, asked why we were waiting, we told them the above ^ he then took my ticket, got my keys out of the corresponding drawer and off I went. Just seemed I was waiting ages for the sake of it ?

After I booked my car park I kept receiving emails telling me that my space was saved and I needed to book at the rate of every two days even when I was away. I have now returned from holidays and still receive emails about car park booking. Am I expected to fly again the minute I have returned? For this reason I have unsubscribed from your mailing list. Too many unnecessary emails
