Brilliant check in but an extremely long wait on return due to someone losing their ticket and not many staff on. Easy access to car on return.

We used the car park (Silver zone) at Bristol airport. The directions were clear, when we got their it was easy to use, easy to park and the shuttle buses were great. It’s only 5 mins on the bus to the airport.

Muddled, illogocal and hugely time consuming on my return. Your check in system works well ybut the return was awful. It takes far too long to get your keys back. You moved my car further way from it original spot ( i was only away for 4 days) and then we were unbale to find it on the return as you provided us with the wrong Bay number

I would give you a 10 + as when I dropped the car off I left a bag behind and only realised this when I was waiting to drop my cases off, so I caught the shuttle bus back to the Silver Car park and retrieved my bag very quickly with the help of the guy in collections but on picking up my car the person who moved it whilst i was on holiday messed with my radio to a station I have never used. Not very clever!!

Staff helpful especially on arrival. Not enough staff to cover departure so slow. When returning to my car the seat had been moved and reclined clearly for a member of staff to rest or sleep. I find this behaviour annoying because adjusting your seat back after an early start is very frustrating.

My flight TOM699 was delayed for 24 hours. When I arrived to collect my car, the member of staff on duty could not locate my keys (or the other delayed passengers in front of me). It was chaotic with passengers getting angry and frustrated as no one could tell us what was happening. Eventually, my key was found with the new parking bay number. I went to collect my car, it was not my car in that bay. I went back quite angry by now as I just wanted to get home. 10 minutes later, a member of staff had located my car. The staff had no clue what was going on and did not keep us informed.

Used airport parking at Bristol. Although car not in bay upon return, staff quickly found it and brought to pick up point.

The self check in took longer than necessary. Staff were helpful but if someone not IT competent would struggle. On return to Bristol, the queue to collect the car was very long and it took approximately 30 mins. There were not enough staff available. Some other customers had issues where their cars were not ready. I heard the manager tell a member of staff a customer would have to wait an hour as they were short staffed. He did not speak the customer directly which would have been expected. He told a member of staff to relay the information. This is not what you expect when returning from a long trip/holiday. Also, if a customer is disabled and unable to walk long distances why do you put their car far away. It would help if it was placed close to the collection point or in disabled bays. If a disabled person was alone it would be very difficult for them with their luggage. It appears the changes at Bristol have reduced staff numbers but this has resulted in a poorer service. I hope this improves as it was always my first choice. (The questions below do not cover a wider range of possibilities and could be improved)

Even bigger than it used to be, reasonably efficient check in with frequent bus service to and from airport. On return picking up keys not so quick but all in all ok sort from price of around £10 a day

The drop off was very simply and straightforward. The automated key drop made things much simpler than the previous manual method. The bus transfer was easy and quick and the ‘fast track’ option was definitely worth paying for as it made the security so much quicker. The collection at the end of the trip was less smooth as the key collection was a purely manual exercise and took rather a long time.
