newer system of self check in. takes a minute to get used to. car is scanned for damage etc before entering car park to reduce claims of damage whilst in the parking areas. all other aspects of parking same as before.

All good. No problem. The one point I would make is that we had to queue at reception to collect our car key for 15 minutes or so. This wasn’t a problem to us as the weather was fine but it wouldn’t be acceptable in adverse weather. Perhaps a shelter would be advisable.

The return bus queues were exceptionally long, only 2 staff on duty to return keys. Cars parked miles from where dropped.

Awful. Queued outside car park terminal for 10 minutes to check in and drop off keys before departure. Receptionist very brusque. Queued at airport terminal on return for around 30 mins for bus, must have been+ people waiting. Queued again for about 30 minutes to pick up keys. Receptionists overworked but very pleasant. Thank goodness there was no rain that afternoon. Needs a good shake up. Few alternatives at this airport! Other off airport parking much better.

The outward journey was fine, no problems. On the return trip, Silver Zone Parking could not identify the location where my car had been left and had to go and look for it. This took over forty minutes. My complaints were ignored, I was offered feeble excuses by the counter staff who did their very best to ignore me. At no time did I receive anything resembling an apology. I would need to know improvements have been made before I would consider using Silver Zone in the future.

Had difficulty in finding a parking slot. It would help if you could either designate a booked slot or have someone direct you to your space. A new automated self service confused many people so that there was a hold up in retrieving our keys on return as some had not obtained tickets and some had left their home keys attached. We have previously ad no problems. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

Fine on the outward journey when people were arriving at various intervals but on the return when everybody arrived at the same time there was a 20 min queue to collect the keys. Won't leave keys if I use Silver Zone again.

No problem on arrival. Huge queues for the bus for the parking zone on our return. The same queues were at the parking office so another long wait. Very very disappointed and will not be using this service again. The assistant in the reception told my husband that “it’s like this every day” so it can’t be said that it was a one off.

Get more staff as simple as that, 1 driver doing all the work and asking customers to complain, key return one member of staff 40 to 50 people waiting nearly an hour to get there keys, our car had a disabled badge in it when we returned it had been moved a fare way away and not in a disabled caused a lot of stress, not impressed would not recommend this service to anyone 12/05/2022

The silver parking at Bristol airport was recently automated and there were huge queues just to drop my keys off. Not a good start to the holiday. Very stressful.

Far too busy, check in took too long and as a consequence we missed our flight, had we been able to drop the car off and not join a very long queue would have probably been ok, that was with an extra hour @ the airport on top of the recommended 2 hours.

Car parking - fine. Taxi to/from airport to hotel - never arrived and once I called YOU, you confirmed that you couldn’t arrange it so catch a taxi. The taxi fare was £120 in total. Please refund the full return fare to/from airport to hotel. I sent you an email and you haven’t responded!

New terminals at key hand over was chaotic as people did not now what to do. Some help came along but still took over 30 minutes. Pick up keys was equally chaotic and staff tried there best. Please look at keys drop off, mor terminal needed. Pick keys needs to look at what can be improved. Staff looking for keys in a draws had staff passing through a door. Some did help out.

I will tell all who I know to never use Holidayextras. I paid in good faith for hotel and parking. Holidayextras cancelled the booking, due to timescale I uses some of their 'vouchers' to pay for airport parking and when I requested a refund for the £70 owing, I was informed their policy was to only offer vouchers! An utter rip off. I am a pensioner in my 70's if I buy goods or services I expect the change from any purchase to be in money, not vouchers, I may not ever use. Disgraceful deceitful practice which should be illegal.

I parked in a disabled bay when I parked the car up at the airport and when I got back it was in a normal space and not leaving much room at all for me to get into the car. Other than that it was great quite hi-tech and not much of a queue collecting our keys on the way home again.

As an OAP I prefer the old system of face-to-face booking-in at a desk rather than using the new self-service machines but I cannot complain as a staff member typed in the details for me. Queues were quite long and slow moving probably because this was the 1st time many people had encountered the new machines. Key pick-up on return seemed a bit slower than normal too but likely because last flights of the day had been delayed causing some people to run over their parking time/day and ready to argue about incurring extra charges. Also, because many cars had been moved, extra time was needed for staff to give directions to the new locations. However I cannot fault the Reception staff who were all very friendly & helpful and did their best to clear customers through the building as quick as possible. The reason why I have given a low score is because my car was moved from the disabled parking area whilst I was away and re-sited much further away from the Reception building. This presented a problem as I have COPD and find it difficult to breath whilst walking any distance and this medical condition was clearly recorded when booking in. Luckily this time I was travelling with my sister who carried my bag to the car and, crucially, was there to help me up from the ground where I lay sprawled after falling in the dark. (No mean feat as she herself is 60 years old). Unluckily I ended up with a cut knee, gravel in my palms, bruised wrists and staved shoulders and totally shaken up. Plus the impact trauma to muscles has left me unable to go about my normal daily life as even lifting a kettle to make a cup of tea has been painful. Many times in the past I have been allocated disabled parking spaces by your company and this is the 1st time my car has been moved from its initial spot. I hope and pray that it won't happen again as I normally travel solo and shudder to think how long I could have lay on the ground before help turned up if my sister had not been there to assist.
