Valet service good x had to wait for transport which, considering you know plane times,was annoying. Luckily few people on transport so short queue to get keys back .

Very pleased with staff and efficient quick booking system with reminders on line to fill in before you go. Good shuttle bus service even arriving late on Boxing Day didn't have to wait long. Also good signs outside airport showing silver zone pick up so very easy. Would recommend and book again.

Car parking services where very good and well organised, bus service back from the air port was packed almost to the point of being dangerous, far to many people and cases crammed on to the one bus.

Service very good bus waiting at airport to take us back to car. Only thing was very cold & car was covered in ice. Would be good if cars could be ready to drive away on arrival.
