We booked parking with H E and everything was as it should be: good value, safe, secure, good link to airport, fast pick up of keys and car parked quite close to office.

Bus was very crowded both on departure and return. As the car park is pre-booking only, presumably this could have been anticipated and another bus laid on?

The written instructions were comprehensive,accurate and helpful. The signage to the car park at Bristol was good. As I parked in the dark, when i came to collect my car I didn't know quite were to go, even though the car had not been moved. I had to go back to reception to ask, they assumed I knew.

Lovely hotel. Staff good except failed to tell us about activities and waitress didn't explain drink system and we ended up with a bill for wine, although after explaining they waived it.

Parking in the Silver Zone was very quick and easy. My husband has mobility problems and we were able to park close to the reception and our car was nearby when we returned. Bus was quick and there when we needed it.
