I don't recommend, but I will tell people my experience if asked. The system works pretty well and swiftly. The only downside is the traffic around Bristol airport on a Friday afternoon leading to a wait for the transfer bus and then a battle of nerves to get off the car park and around the island to head towards Bristol

Car didn't start when we picked it up. Didn't need this at 3am after a two and a half hour delay from Rhodes. Please kindly return the car to us in the state that it was left. At least someone did come and jump start it for us when we asked. If not we would have needed to check into a hotel as neither my wife or I could have driven on if we'd needed to wait for breakdown services. We would have probably gone mad.

Booked a private car from Pula Airport to resort but we were in a minibus and the 4th drop off. Transport back from resort didn't turn up despite repeated phone calls to the emergency number (15). Had to pay around £60 fir a private taxi after waiting over an hour

The site gave ys 3 different bays on site to pick the car up from none of which had the car. After nearly an hour they finally found our car at 4am. Really not happy with the very poor service and will be asking for a refund. The parking is some of the most expensive I use and this was extremely poor service. One staff member even shrugged their shoulders and said 'well I don't know where it is then'

Don’t take bookings for the lounge when they are not opening, then say the other lounge is booked up,went online and got it booked,done this twice now to me.

Put simply there we’re not enough silver link buses to even touch the numbers needed. The line was very long and took and age to get on a bus Previously the service was very good and I would recommend the service but this experience was so bad I wonder if we will use it again GET More buses on the service

It said my parking was on the airport so I went to the on site lots and couldn’t get in… looked up silver lot on Google maps and it said it was a29 minute drive …. So I paid for silver lot ( which is not on the airport) and pounds for the on site lot …. Not cool

The only criticism I have is that my wife is disabled we parked in a disabled bay on arrival but had to walk a long distance on our return although the blue badge was displayed.

I payed for parking with late return cover in the event that our flight was delayed on our return. We were due to land at 1.30pm but our flight was delayed and we didn’t land until 15.30 by the time we got through passport control and collected our luggage and got the bus back to collect the car it was around 16.30. We were obviously not charged for our overstay but neither were our friends who hadn’t booked late return cover with their parking. So basically I feel there was no point in booking it at all if you don’t get charged anyway!

Yes. Everything was as described. Dropped car off, got bus transfer into airport smoothly. Delayed flight on return, but no hassle with bus transfer to car park or when picking up car keys. Will book again and will recommend if price is right. ????

Following a very bed experience the last time we used this service we were very please with the service provided. I would say that they still need to sort out an organised queueing system as it was still a bit of a free for all to get throughvthe collection door on our return.
