We have used Silver Zone many times and find it efficient and good value. It was early morning on arrival back with three planes having come in at once but there were three coaches provided so we were all transported back to the car park quickly.

Easy to find. Straight forward checking in. Quick transfer to airport. Only a short wait on return for bus. Again straight forward for getting keys back. Have used many times and staff always helpful and friendly whatever time of night or day and however busy. What's not to like??

Parking, transfers to and from airport were quick and efficient. Collecting the keys and accessing the car were all very good. But, whoever moved my car was wearing football boots, as the mats and sill were filthy. Also the settings on my seat: the lumber setting, inclination of the seat back and mirror had all been moved. Why when the car is being moved around a large tarmaced field?

Some of the pavements are not in great condition. They need to be repaired and any potholes filled up. The facilities were good and staff pleasant in general.

Extremely dissatisfied with Bristol silver zone. My vehicle has been damaged. I took a video of my vehicle before I left and also upon my return. I was told my vehicle hadn't been moved due to a flat tyre but have found out it had been moved and alloy wheel damage. Have sent an email to you but no reply received yet. I've used this company many times but will never again.
