Went to collect my keys on return from my holidays and was told that my car was parked in bay B14. When I located Bay14 it was not my car parked in it. Most upsetting ! After some investigation and again being told the fob says B14 it turned out my car was actually in G14.

The shuttle bus driver both ends were very helpful as I'm in a wheelchair and travelled with 2 other members of my family and a friend... He got us a trolley and helped us with our luggage... Best service ever and will book again.. And highly recommend to others..!!!

Very impressed. Arrived back at a very busy time but additional shuttle buses quickly appeared and upon arrival at the key collection point, I was expecting a very long wait. The set up was so well staffed and organized that I was in and out of the office in less than a minute...amazing!

Everything was as described. Very efficient collection of car keys even when a full bus load arrived to collect. Buses very frequent - waited less than 5 minutes each way. Staff friendly and efficient.

Location Easy to find, helpful staff at reception, plenty of room on bus to airport but lot busier on return. Collection of car and exit from car park went without any hitch. Would deco stent recommend to anyone!

We arrived at Silverzone at 4.45 AM and bus was waiting to take us to the airport, was very quick and no hassle at all. When we arrived back from our holiday at 01.10 we waited around 5 mins for the bus and when we returned to Silverzone we quickly collected our keys they were very swift in doing so we had no problem at all and would defiantly use them again

yes silverzone provides an excellent and effecient service BUT having booked the car hire through you and agreed to your damage waiver insurance we were faced with having to pay iit all over again because Firefly requires their own insurance. The guy at the desk says this happens all the time and next time I will book direct with car hire firm as it is no cheaper to do it through the comparison sites.

Quick and efficient dropped car off and was in the airport within 10 mins and coming home 3 buses were waiting to take people back to the parking was happy to try and get out and home asap

It all went very smoothly. This was the first time I used silver service but I can't think of any reason why I would not use it again. Easy to park and easy to follow directions. Efficient and polite staff. I will definitely use silver service again. And if I had seen the sign about cleaning my car before I left I would have used that service as well . Very well done thank you.
