The place was very busy and it took a while to find some seats. The tables were not cleared straight away and so it was also unclear if people had left or were getting more food/drinks. Also , one traveller had been gone from his seat for over 20 mins Nd left all his bags, another traveller was concerned enough to report the lefty bags to one of your staff and they were taken to safe storage , but maybethey should have noticed that situation. The bar food was replenished quickly and was fine for us, as we know from using the Birmingham lounge. Service at the bar was quick.

I went in there to be relaxed before my flight, but for the first hour all I could hear was screaming kids, when I went to desk manager said we are open to public, I said if that case I should have sat in public departure lounge. All said the manager gave me 50% refund.

Helpful staff but food rather basic, and bar staff very busy, they should have had 2 people on the bar. Comfortable surroundings and nice to get away from the hurly burly of the airport. I would use again.

Nice lounge, good section of food and drinks however it was difficult to find seats together and the cheeseboard was on the small side, other than that great value and I would definitely go again.

Easter Friday at LHR was manic and No 1 Lounge was a haven of peace and comfort which enabled our holiday to start without a large dose of pain killer. All staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful, food was excellent and of a variety for all tastes and needs. "Although one swallow does not make a summer", I am prepared to believe that our next usage will be as enjoyable Thank you for the experience.

Very disappointing. The lounge was overbooked, was not a relaxing atmosphere at all. On arrival we had to sit on wooden benches as all the other seats had been taken. The food choice was very limited, the hot food was very small in its portion size, and the buffet was half empty most of the time. Sorry not a good start to our holiday.

This place was very busy and was a birthday treat for my wife we ordered the champagne package but could not get a seat straight away, buffet is nothing special and food you can order is basic. Fish fingers sandwiches!? Not worth the money

Staff was very helpful. Lounge was small compared to Qantas/Admiral lounge (3 to 4 times size different). Inside the lounge, it was more packed up compared to outside.

The cinema was reserved and so were other areas for groups? The meal was so small it was ridiculously small. I am diabetic and all the "snacks were full of carbohydrates, I.e. Cake, biscuits, even the salads had pasta or similar in them. The spa services were also fully booked

The staff were very helpful and the refreshments were very good. We were disappointed that the Snug was not available. It certainly didn't appear to need cleaning but it could not be used. A member of staff looked in a few times but nothing was done for the whole time we were in the lounge which was just over 4 hours. Also several of the dining tables had a reserve notice on them and as another was cleared it was reserved. This didn't effect us but we were surprised to see it happen.
