Yes but it was very very busy and had difficulty in finding seats - Staff helpful - Some people were lying down on the seats which didn't look very good and also meant they occupied 2 seats each which was a bit selfish - Overall good service

Food quality was poor and staff were not overly friendly. Quite a cramped area - overall disappointing. Much preferred the SkyTeam lounge in Terminal 4.

We thought it was overpriced, overcrowded and food was poor. We were told we would have a sit down meal but we were crammed into a small seated area and could choose one small item from a limited menu. Our son had one piece of dry toast, not even any butter on it! The desserts on the self selection table were tiny but also still frozen when I bit into one! Definitely wouldn't use again. Even contemplated asking for a refund, which I never do!

I thought the No. 1 Lounge was very over-priced for what was offer. The food choice available was not good - OK if you like salads but I don't. My oartner ordered soup which took ages to come. It was also boiling hot in the lounge. Not worth the money.

Disappointed with the meal provided, not as we expected, and the lounge was very busy when we arrived, we struggled to find seats together. The waiter service didn't exist, and the promised personal shoppers didn't exist either. Otherwise the lounge was very nice and better than sitting in the main airport. Will probably go for the cheaper one next time though as the additional services we paid for either weren't available or not worth the money

When we arrived at the lounge we weren't automatically given the champagne voucher we had paid for and had to ask for it. Apart from this everything was good.

The car park started it off very friendly and helpful then the lounge service mad the partner feel like a VIP it was great and I have already told family and friends do you offer anything state side for our return leg

The lounge was very nice and relaxing and the snack bar was nice too. The only dissapointment was the hot food/ main meal which cosisted of a bacon roll, sausage roll or poached egg dish. We were expecting pasta or something a bit more like a meal. However we still feel this is a better alternative than wondering around terminal 3.
