Great relaxing lounge, it wasn't too overcrowded as they only let you in when your seating area is available so everyone is seated. Great food and drinks when it's a all in price. I would definitely use again.

Had trouble finding the lounge and had to ask in the end, where it was. Smooth entry and pleasant surroundings. Had not had lunch so was pleased with the variety of snacks and food available. Good way to start my journey relaxing with a couple of drinks in comfortable surroundings . Lounge busy but not crowded so ok finding a seat. All in all a good experience.

Everything went ok. The staff weren't particularly friendly. I don't think they even spoke to me. I would only book this again as it was the only option after a long journey before another one

Hi, we couldn’t get in to spend any time in the lounge. The queues at Heathrow for our Delta flight to Atlanta were ridiculous. My mother in law needed to use a wheelchair and even though we left plenty of time to arrive at the airport and visit the lounge we were never going to be able to relax before our holiday. Our party was my wife and I with our 14 year old daughter and mother in law who has to use a wheelchair. So, as you would expect the “dream” holiday didn’t start well.

We booked the airport lounge before our honeymoon. Usually on holiday we have a meal & few drinks at one of the establishments within the airport. The cost of the airport lounge was effectively the same. The food was of a great quality, the drinks were served quickly (as opposed to lengthy queues) and the room was considerably less crowded than the communal areas of the airport. This was an experience that we will definitely be repeating.

I would not look to book an airport lounge until the staff issues at the check in desks at Heathrow have been resolved. We could not get to the airport lounge due to the horrendous delays at check in (despite arriving at Heathrow 9 hours before our flight)! This needs to be resolved otherwise the airport lounges will have no customers!

It’s really not great value when you only get to spend less than an hour in the lounge, despite having arrived at the airport three hours ahead of time and having moved through security as fast as possible. Food was okay but not great and an item I wanted wasn’t restocked in time for me to have it. Service was pleasant and friendly, which was a plus.

The booking said we could use the lounge from 3 hours before yet we were not allowed to move through checkin/security until 2 hours before. So couldn’t use it for a decent period. Then we went to the booked lounge to be told no you can’t use this as you need to go through passport control. When we finally got in, the choice was minimal with no opportunity for a meal. We opted for the soup. Had to wait 5 mins for it to be replaced, then another few minutes for the bowls and worst of all it was cold!! When we mentioned this to a member of staff, there response was ‘you can warm it up in the microwave. Not a good experience.

We did not get to use it as the service at the airport meant it took us over 4 hours to check in and get through security. I have not been offered a refund only a credit. This is not really suitable as we are unlikely to travel as a group of 4 in the next year

The lounge was crowded and the staff obviously couldn't cope. We had to queue for drinks - for more than 10 minutes. What food there was, was inedible .It was overpriced. Nearly everyone was moaning about the lounge.

Had an email a few days before stating that if we needed to travel earlier than booked due to travel conditions in airports we would still be welcome to and it wouldn’t be a problem to arrive an hour or so early this however obviously hadn’t been communicated to the keeper of the gates type “greeter” that was on duty that day her surely manner in instructing me in the most condescending way she could muster was that my party was too early for our slot and would have to return at the stated time to which I showed her the aforementioned email stating the opposite this only seemed to enrage her more to the point of rolling her eyes at me and with a snarl stating she had told me no and I would have to return later we left and did as instructed returning at our booked time to be let in with a muted sense of triumph from Cerberus herself and then we finally enjoyed the lounge the food was adequate and the drinks were hot or cold depending on what you desired.

Car park meet was good the return was not so good. Had to wait for the car as it was still off site when we got to the car park, even though I called ahead. The Lounge was good, no problems there.

Food was terrible, hot meals were cold, cold food was not fresh. Only one bar tender.. stood waiting at the bar to be served for over twenty five minutes. Total waste of money and time.

We checked in to lounge and it was over crowded and too many people in there. There was nowhere to sit for the first half hour and then we didn't have any comfy seats just 4 chairs at table which is supposed be used to eat. We eventually managed to get some comfy seats about 40 minutes before we had to leave. We were told two flights were late departing and the overcrowding was due to this. Wasn't very happy as we paid a lot of money and for first hour and half would have been better off in main airport lounge. Food was ok, curry and chilli were cold and took ages to be topped up. Salad was ok. Drinks were good quality. Over all was disappointing
