There was nowhere to sit, they had no rose wine, and neither did they have any brandy. Very poor as this was supposed to be a relaxing atmosphere before flying.

We felt the place had gone down hill a little since the last time we were there. The staff were not very welcoming either. Didnt look like they wanted to be there. However would come back as it is good value for money.

Could have had a more varied selection of snacks was only cheese and fruit when we were there. Also departure boards around the lounge would have been an advantage too instead of having to go to the desk all the time to see updates to the flight.

Only one choice of paper available. Food available was limited and what was there not of good quality. Lounge quickly became overcrowded and we left to move into the main airport area where the noise was less and better seating. This lounge was grossly overpriced for what it was.

Really disappointed with the quality of snacks and drinks. When you have to ask for ice in white wine as it wasn't chilled enough, you know you are in trouble. We had also planned to have lunch in the lounge but went to Frankie and Bennies next door as the choice was so poor. First ( and last ) time we have ever used this lounge. Extremely poor value for money when compared to the Aspire lounge at the North terminal.

We loved the lounge but were a bit dissappointed as we were told our table would be set out, we were a party of 9 and had to spread out on the sofas as there was no where else to sit, they did mess up our breakfast order but on the whole we did enjoy our experience and the lounge was comfortable, our flight was also delayed 1hr 40 and we were not asked to leave which made it more comfortable for us.

It was fabulous. A bit busier than I had thought but great nonetheless. Drinks, food, staff all really good. I felt really comfortable and it got my holiday off to a really great start.

It's the first time we have used this "new" lounge which is busier than the old one which is now for business class flyers.its a lot busier but makes a good break before departing.

No the South Terminal Gatwick lounge was awful, there was no air conditioning on the day we flew so the lounge was extrememly hot. The food was not good quality and there were flies on the food and lots flying around in the room. Nothing felt 1st class about this lounge and it could not compete at all with the Aspire lounge in the North terminal. Very disappointed and going to write to them to complain as would like a refund or some sort of compensation given we paid £25 each for an awful service and environment.

We have experienced other airport lounges and this one was far below the standard we had expected. The toilets were not clean and had a bad aroma. There was a poor choice of food. The view out of the window on the raised seating is of air conditioning units and not pleasant.we noticed flies freely moving around the buffy.

In previous service lounges there have been no extra charges for items of breakfast ey Bacon - Egg rolls. This was only highlighted when placing an order however it was stated in small text on the actual menu.
