Yes, children of all ages are welcome, however a person the age of 12+ are classed as an adult in the lounge and will need to pay the adult price. Please note, for any bookings made where adults are incorrectly identified as children, the lounge reserves the right to charge the passenger the difference in price upon entry.
Dresscode
The lounge has a smart casual dress code. Smart shorts, sandals, trainers, non-sport tracksuits, hooded tops, t-shirts and jeans are all accepted. They don't allow themed or fancy dress clothing, clothes with slogans that may cause offence, sports shirts, beach flip-flops, vests, clothing that exposes midriffs or upper thighs, and bare shoulders on men. Lounge staff expect reasonable behaviour from all guests, and reserve the right to refuse admission.
Food and drink
The lounge is renowned for its food offering – with a substantial menu of freshly prepared hot and cold food, plus a range of self-serve snacks including pastries, home-made cakes and bar snacks.
In addition to the food, all drinks are also complimentary. Served at a fully tended island bar, the offering includes: sparkling wines, craft beers and premium spirits. Also available are soft drinks, teas and coffees and fresh juices. Champagne is available, at an additional cost.
While No1 does not have a set drinks limit, they do have a duty of care to ensure guests are ‘fit to fly'. As such, they will monitor the consumption of alcohol and may restrict the service accordingly.
Entertainment facilities
Guests can enjoy complimentary unlimited WiFi, use of Mac computers, and help themselves to glossy magazines and newspapers to take on board. The library area is ideal for some quiet reading or web browsing, while the sports lounge shows all the latest games on its big screen.
