This lounge was more of a canteen, lack of seating and plastic style, food was not great, limited size and not very good compared to your lounge in South terminal. Obviously over subscribed on the day which was poor. I have scored slightly higher than deserved as I know this is not the normal lounge facilities that we have enjoyed before.

This was nt good value for money at all.£28 each. Usualyy get soup and cheese biscuits. This time just lots of cake.I ordered large pasta shell with spinach, spinach frozen whemn it arrived. Staff not paticullary friendly or helpful. Maybe they don't care as customers just passing through. Would not book this lounge again or reccomend to others.

Lounge was too busy, food selection was poor, cooked meal could best be described as a kids snack and cold. Didn't expect to queue at the bar for a drink, generally I was really disappointed and the cheaper lounge next door which I used the previous year was much better

Very pleased with the experience, however due to our flight and the lounge opening times we didn't get to use it for long, around and hour and a half. Also being the first in ( 4am ) Some things were still being set up. If you have a 3 hour slot and don't like busy airports this is the thing to do.

Lounge late opening. Had to wait for passengers in queue to be registered. So late going in. Had early flight. Coffee machines weren't working. Unhelpful staff. Staff not waiting to take breakfast orders. Bacon roll arrived undercooked and cold. Staff need to be ready on time. If it opens at 4 everything should be ready. Very disappointed this time. Obviously to early a start for some.

The lounge was too full we could not find a seat and ended up crammed in a small corner. Service was slow and drinks sere poor e.g. No glasses for OJ but then no OJ. On menu alcohol free lager but there was none, all in all not a very pleasant experience have had much better

my friend and I had a lovely morning in the lounge(I have used the lounge at north terminal in the past)we both had a coffee and bacon roll and I was pleased to see the roll size was better than it used to be we also had an alcoholic drink each my friend was abit disappointed because the beer was not what she usually drinks she usually favours Carlsberg this was the only negative point with our visit ,we found the area clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

It was not clear that you had to order breakfast from the bar so more information would be good and also a few more items could be added to the breakfast menu to improve it, but overall we were happy, the staff were very pleasant and helpful

Easy to find. Plenty of snacks but minimal choice of hot food. I chose the lounge as it advertised that there was a bistro if we wanted something more substantial to eat. The bistro was closed. They were not serving in the bistro so very disappointed as my flight was at 9pm and I had hoped to have eaten before I flew.
