It was very busy and apart from a table there was no where comfortable to sit and relax. Bar staff ( young guy) gave the impression he couldn't care less about the customer and found him really abrupt. For the price I wasn't overly impressed. The female waitress was lovely and she kept the lounge very clean and tidy. She was a credit to the lounge.

Easy and straight forward to book. A pleasant and relaxing environment prior to a long haul flight. Excellent service from the bar and table waiting staff. Swift and efficient ordering. Good quality, tasty food! A perfect way to start your getaway!

We had a problem as No 1 lounge ran out of Prosecco! As this was part of the reason we chose this lounge it was rather a shock and we had to complain to the manager. This was then resolved fairly quickly and we had good service. The meals are rather small and buffet selection very limited.

We usually wander around the airport with a very bored teenager. This was a great experience as we were in quite a large group. We could all sit and relax and, if anybody wanted to shop they could go back outside. Will definitely use this product again.

Had a great time at Gatwick lounge. Meals are very small so you neede to order a couple. Cheese and crackers are a very small portion. Great choice in drinks.

I have used the No1 lounge at Gatwick many times but it has now gone drastically down hill. No food available, dirty plates everywhere, limited drinks on offer and very unhelpful staff. Will never be using it again

We booked a hotel, car parking and a lounge with Holiday extras. Very easy to do, excellent value and everything works as planned. Using holiday extras make the journey to the airport relaxing and stress free. Easy 2 minute drive from the Ibis hotel to Purple Parking, jump on the bus and then enjoy the luxury of No 1 lounge.

The only negative was the food was not of a good standard. The fish finger sandwich was dry and came in a roll and wasn't a fish finger. The lamb hot pot looked like something I would feed to my dog.
