The food was good, the only issue was that the Lounge had no Vodka available which is what we drink, we were suprised to hear this being it is so openly available in the airport shops!

When I last used this lounge i obtained a nice eggs benedict breakfast which was why I re booked. To be offered a roll with sausage or an omelette was not worth the extra money.

Due to a flat tyre we were late arriving at Gatwick and only had 1 hour in the lounge instead of 3. However we made the most of the time we had and enjoyed the facilities and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful

Every thing was excellent - we have used other airport lounges previously and this was by far the best - great way to start our holiday. We have recommended you to our and family and friends. Staff were very helpful and attentive. A haven away from the hustle and bustle!!!!

Spent 2.5 hours in the No 1 Lounge and was undoubtedly the better choice(as have previously used Serviceair Lounge) No 1 Lounge was markedly superior in terms of overall facilities and VERY good value for money - clean tidy, smart service, good snacks, good wi-fi access, good movie (!) and a very relaxing and comfortable pre flight experience.

everything went smoothly. The lounge was great and I will definitely look at booking a lounge again. Travelling with a 3 year old is quite stressful and the lounge provided a smaller area with a lot less people to help us monitor his movement without having to tie him to a seat!! Thanks

One of the things that attracted us to this lounge was the complimetary meals. However, when we tried to order pizza and bacon sandwiches for our children, both of which were on the already limited menu, we were told that they had run out of both. This was at 10.45 in the morning.

The surroundings were very nice although we couldn't go upstairs in the lounge as it had just been 'steam cleaned' which was a little disappointing.Even so it was lovely to get away from the crowds.The food was very nicely presented and my 'trio of bridge rolls' were lovely but my daughter was a little disappointed with 'eggs benedict' as the menu suggested there would be more than 1 egg but there was only 1 on top of half a muffin so it wasn't really a meal as such but all in all it was a good experience

The lounge was hot there did not seem to be any air conditioning. The lounge area tables had lots of used glass and china which was not collected quickly. Diasppointed with the choice of snacks, no savoury dishes.

A wonderful start to the holiday. The number 1 lounge was gorgeous and all the facilities were as described. Even had time to play a game of pool with my son. The staff were very helpful too.
