We travelled up to Gatwick from quite early so by the time we arrived we were ready to sit down have something to eat and a nice calming drink away from the hustle and bustle of a busy airport and that is just what we got. Unwind in comfort and get ready for the next leg of our journey. The food was lovely, hot or cold and any amount of drinks were available. Would not hesitate to use again.

lounge was sooooo crowded and noisy, it was not the haven from the crowds I have enjoyed previously. People who had not booked were being allowed in. there was very little food accessible without ordering over the counter. did not compare favourably with previous visits to Gatwick Lounges - not going to use this particular one again.

I booked on the basis that you could relax & enjoy & have whatever we wanted from the alicated menu & bar. I felt the fee of £30 each was fare but on arrival the portions were small & I felt embarrassed when I ordered more. The staff made us feel we were being greedy when we had our second very small glass of preseco. Overall I was very disappointed. It was a luxury that I treated a friend to before our holiday & the whole experience was uncomfortable.

Will never use your lounge again. Total waste of £60.When we arrived we could not find 2 seats together.We did find 2 seats away in a corner.The food on offer was poor both in quality and selection. If you were only interested in drinking then maybe this was worthwhile.If you were only interested in food and a quiet place to sit this was totally inadequate. There was an area called the "library" which we took to be a quiet area. The lighting was so poor it was impossible to read.we usually use the Aspire lounge in the north terminal. it would be worthwhile taking the train there rather than endure 3 hours in your "No1" lounge. Not a good experience never to be repeated.I look forward to you publishing my comments.

There was two separate large groups of noisy drunk males. One member of one of the groups was using offensive launguage and was asked to leave. I do not feel large hen or stag groups should be allowed. These lounges are advertised as relaxing area to await your flights .

Lounge isn't a lounge. There are no sofas or segregated areas to read in. Prefer the aspire lounge in the north terminal. Drinks were also very small.
