Most of the Hilton was being refurbished, the restaurant and the bar were temporary, the staff also seemed temporary. No one seemed to care, I think it's because it's soon to cease being a Hilton hotel. Very disappointed

Yes everything was fine.It was the perfect start to the holiday. bus service to and from the airport was bang on time and very easy. Great secure parking and really helpful staff.

Everything went as planned, we just caught the last shuttle bus at 1 am from the airport to the hotel. Check was fine and the room was excellent. Did not stay for breakfast but collect our car and departed without any problems.

Everything was fine...but! Refurbishing was in process which meant access areas were compromised and some corridors closed so the route to my room was very long. Dinner was OK - but some of the food was cold. I was reimbursed for the cold food....but obviously I paid for the rest of the meal which was tasty but not of a very good standard. My room was comfortable and well prepared.

on returning to our car found it had been moved staff not very helpful. when eventialy it was found my husband looked round it to check for damage but did not realise until he got home that the roof was covered in cement dust. we ve had no appology from hilton so very dissappointed with this company.

We were very dissatisfied when we arrived back at Stansted. Our flight had been delayed by an hour and when we went to the Hilton bus stop we found out that the buses stopped at 1:00 am and did not start again until 4:30 am. This was 1:20 am so we had to find an alternative way to get to the hotel. We eventually got the very crowded bus to the long stay car park, along with an elderly couple who were also unaware that the Hilton bus would not be available after 1 am. We all had to then walk round the roads to the hotel. We now know that the bus times are stated on the email but we did not realise this. However, we do think that this should be mentioned by hotel staff when guests leave for their holiday and also we suggest that Hilton could check flight delays so that transport is available in cases such as ours when customers are delayed through no fault of their own.

I have an issue with a refund due to me which I am awaiting to be resolved. As your company has paid what was required and I am in credit with you a refund should have automatically been sent to me. However you are stating that you have written to the Hilton requesting confirmation that you can reimburse me with the overpayment when you have already paid them what they required on their invoice.

The hotel was brilliant. The hotel bus could have been easier as far as getting the luggage on/off. We had golf clubs + suitcases and the driver wasn`t able to help us.
