Hotel was fantastic. Great room, food and ameneties. Took Taxi to Airport although Hoppa Bus did run a regular service.

Two negative comments- my car was hard to find - parked at the farthest possible place and the security lock that should have been on my handbrake was on the car floor !

the hotel and amenities were great and the hotel is easy with the hopper bus to get to the airport i have used your hotel about 4 times and will again at xmas, just one downside to my stay this year, i washed and cleaned my car before i came and left it with you for 2 weeks while i went away and i came back to find it moved but the whole top of my car and bonnet was covered in birds' mess.

On (late) arrival I found it almost impossible to find a parking space around the hotel. I had to park in a dark area (last free parking spot!) on the grass opposite the staff block. The accommodation was great though.

The Stay and Park service at the Holiday Inn, Heathrow was efficient and simple and the price I paid was very reasonable. I would certainly use this again next time I travel.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff helpful, close to airport. Only negative thing would be the £8 per person bus fare to get to airport and back again. Usually free with car parks.

The overnight stay with up to 15 days' parking at the hotel was a brilliant idea! It meant we didn't have to worry about the M25 on a Friday morning, caught the Hoppa Bus to LHR T3 and arrived at check-in relaxed and completely stress-free. We didn't experience any airport noise from our room - in fact no noise at all even from other guests. Fantastic!

The hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay the night before our flight. However the service we received on picking up our car from the hotel after our holiday was poor. We got sent to the wrong car park so spent ages looking for our car which wasn't there

The staff at the hotel could have been a little more helpful. I told reception that I would need a taxi in the morning, due to 4 am departure, but they didn't tell me I'd have to book it in advance. Some hotels have taxis outside at that time.

all fine. great price, hotel was nice and easy to find. shuttle easy and £4pp each way - 5 mins to the terminal building. only downside was that the car was absolutely filthy upon return due to their parking facilities. no problems though.

The food was not great in the restaurant. We were evacuated from the Hotel during the night from a suspected fire so didn't get much sleep. Apart from that the staff were very helpful and polite and everything went fairly smoothly.

The staff were polite and friendly but failed to mention that it was necessary for us to complete a form as we were parking there also. We then had to do this in the morning when our bus was waiting. The room was satisfactory but the bathroom could have been nicer. Bar food was served until late in the hotel so that was ideal for us.

We booked another great deal on undercover airport hotel with 15 day car parking from you - which worked like clockwork, as always. After we returned to collect our car from our hotel this afternoon we joined the M25 going north and home. Our heartfelt sympathy went out to the people stuck in the "18" mile traffic queue on the opposite carriageway - many of which would have missed their flights out of Heathrow - that's why we value your service - we always start our holiday 1 day early relaxing in a great 4 star hotel and joining our flight refreshed and on time - thank you for your great service that we always recommend to each and every one of our friends and family

it was the 3rd time i`ve booked with holiday extras and so far it has been excellant. the price was fantastic having booked 1 night hotel & 15 days parking for 45 pound. when i found out where i was going to stay i was even more delighted as this was the hotel i would have chosen if i had the choice. helpful & friendly staff, great service, very clean rooms. hopefully next time i choose the option of this deal i will get this same hotel again...give holiday extras a go. you won`t be dissapointed....

Good hotel in excellent central position. Be aware that for the next few months Nevada Power will be doing construction work on Flamingo Road during the hours of 9pm through to 6am - be sure to request a room away from this area if you need to sleep at night!
