Great value for money! The hotel was excellent and the staff really helpful. I only regret such excellent offers are mostly available in London area! A night at the hotel before the journey ( especially when you have to spend 12 hrs on a plane) makes your journey managable! I can't imagine using carpark only! Would recommend to everyone.

The room was double booked and other guests came into our room whilst we were there! When we complained nobody seemed interested.

Great hotel close to airport.Noticed hotel has been open nearly a year but the room looked as if it had not even been used.Very clean and new looking.

When I had a small concern with my airport hotel booking,my mind was put at ease straight away and the adviser rang me back to say she had double checked to make sure.

Facilities were as described and the staff were excellent, helful, knowledgable and friendly. However, the car park was over run and there was no space left. It took me 30 mins to park and I ended up parking my brand new car on the grass verge in the staff car park.

Great location, just 15 minutes by Hoppa Bus to the airport. Fast, easy check in. Lovely room,comfortable bed and great value for money.

We booked the Heathrow "Mystery 4* Hotel" option and was excellent - we had a great room and the facilities were very good. The parking arrangements worked really smoothly and the car was waiting for our arrival back to the hotel. The Hotel Hoppa Bus (H1) to T1 was quick and cost £4/pp each way. I would definitely use this service again - it proved amazing value for money.

The Holiday Inn sent a letter after returning from the Hols stating that I had not paid for the breakfast x 3 , and on our arrival they had no details of our booking and the desk clerk(very efficient)quickly found a vacancy and made a booking.

The hotel was just as I expected...it was lovely to have a restful night before my long flight to the US. My car was safe and sound when I got back, so I experienced no problems at all. I felt I got excellent value for money and will be using Holiday Extras again!

Only problem was lack of staff on concierge desk to collect car keys on return - after a few minutes was told to queue at main hotle desk, contrary to arrangements on arrival.

The hotel was idealy suited very close to the airport. Parking was easy and there was an excelent shuttle bus which ran very regularly in both directions.The standard was as expected and we would definitely recommend this site to friends.

Everything went very smooth-- the undercover hotel is always best value... so is the breakfast, if its booked in advance at the discount rate, I've now used Holiday Extras on many occasions.. best value and best hotels.

Very good service makes everything so more relaxed when going to the airport. Good standard of undercover hotel close to airport, great Chinese restaurant in the hotel and good bar. All in all I will definately book again.

V nice hotel. We were able to buy tickets for the airport bus service inside the hotel. Bus arrived quickly to the front door. On our arrival back in the UK the airport bus was right there to take us to the hotel, car was in perfect condition when we collected it from the carpark - perfect service!

excellent service. we normaly would only book a named hotel with parking but took a chance on booking one of the 4 star specials where the name was not given until completion of the booking. We ended up in a great hotel and made a fantastic saving!!

Went for a rest before a long flight,the TV in the room didn't work, repair man tried to fix it, then had to change rooms, then the alarm call didn't happen even after telling them we changed rooms.(made us late for the airport)other than that ok.

Thank you. Our stay with your prior to our holiday went very smoothly. The room was very nice, the food was excellent and reasonably priced. On our return, the car was ready and waiting. Excellent service.
