We have found your booking system excellent and the prices excellent too. The hotel was one we have used before but paid about twice as much for, so we knew it would be a good hotel.

We had a wonderful night's sleep in the comfort of your hotel, excellent service. Just one tiny grumble - £3.50 for a bottle of water was a little expensive!!!

the accommodation was fine for what we wanted which was a bed for the night, parking and close proximity to Heathrow. The only complaint is that the cost of the coach was high for the length of journey

Good value for money as we had a night's stay with parking. Staff friendly, room very good quality, we didn't have any meals, so can't comment on food. Would certainly stay there again for a good start to a holiday.
