Everything went went, staff were friendly and they even let us have a late check out as we didnt arrive back from airport until 8am so they let us have it till 2 so we could sleep after a long 12 hour flight

Good hotel parkimg arrangement - Unfortnately no Tv Remote, aerial plug broken so picture poor - light fitting broken and substantial refurbishment going on that meant noise and drilling early next morning. Easy to get to and from hotel on the hoppa.

Great hotel, very helpful staff and a comfortable bed! Probably wouldnt bother with the "Hotelhoppa" bus as this costs you £4 each way and takes about 30 mins to get to the airport. You are brobably better getting a taxi from the hotel which takes about 5 minutes to get there for about 12 pounds each way which is a bit steep but far easier than a treck on a not so great bus service.

This is the second time I've chosen the undercover hotel for a holiday flight from Heathrow and again this couldn't be faulted, excellent value and excellent quality and service! Even a change of flight time was easily dealt with by a quick call to Holiday Extras and the hotel stay was changed from the start of the holiday to the night of the return with no problems at all. I wouldn't use any other company now and you can't go wrong for excellent value!
