The service was unexpectedly good. they couldn't have been more helpful. The food in the restaurant did not disappoint. Overall an excellent hotel.

Found the hotel good but found the site a bit tricky to book exactly what I wanted. Not easy to book exactly what I needed but got there eventually. The hotel was great and better than I had expected.

could not have been better. Hotel good quality, Staff had my details to hand. Room was high standard. everything was ready upon my return.

the hotel was fine, on our return it was a bit disappointing as we were given the keys and we had to go and collect it ourself, in previous hotel/airport parks it has been ready and waiting in a reception bay close by, otherwise ok

Accomodation was good - Hotel dealt with some lost property very efficiently - would be 10/10 but restaurant food and service disappointing and expensive.

Room, facilities and staff service were all great value for money. The only thing that lets you down is the restaurant information - opening times etc.. and food quality and value in the bar.

Was very good, with pleasant staff and a not too expensive meal in the evening. The car parking worked very well, with the car being available on our return. The only downside was the expensive Hoppa bus to Heathrow .

Hotel tired and not reeally 4* standard, rooms uncomfortable and bathrooms need refurb, dn't ecpect to see black mould. Impossible to park at this hotel and they can't cope at breakfast time.

Nice hotel, very accommodating staff, would recommend. As ror the airport transfer, try one of the local taxi firms, we used LHR, ?6 pounds for three of us, thats half the price of the hopper and taxis hanging round the hotel.

Once again, the arrangements made by Holiday Extras were very good. The check-in at the hotel was quick and simple. Although my return flight was delayed by two hours and I did not get back to the hotel to collect my car until past midnight

We booked an undercover hotel, It was execellent in every way, lovely room and plenty of eating options. We chose to eat in the chinese restaurant which we thoroughly recommend.

Easy to find hotel with in easy reach of Heathrow via Hoppa Bus. All you can eat carvery god value for evening meal. Bedrooms comfortable and spacious. Will definately use again.

Hotel good valu and close to airport. Only downside is fiding it. Not the easiest place to find eventhough you can see it from the M4.
