We booked the 'Undercover' hotel option again which is always good value, and were happy with the arrangements, despite the fact that our holiday was cancelled due to the snow difficulties, but that's another matter...

The air condioning was really loud and the room was quite gloomy and the standard lamp was not working. We asked to change rooms and this was no problem. Though the next room was also quite gloomy think this was just how the rooms were. Staff very courteous and helpful and very cheerful at breakfast.

Everything just fine. A wonderful bonus was the retrieval by the staff of my lost wallet which was found by the staff in the car park and kept for me in the hotel until I returned. A big thank you to the very honest staff.

Holiday Inn reception staff had limited English, so communication was very difficult. Arrived at hotel around 11:00pm and no indication as to where parking was available. Cars abandoned everywhere. Total mess. Found a space in a proper parking area. Went to reception and told "No room available, wait over there". Finally checked into a shabby room.

We were delighted with the 'mystery hotel' deal and would definitely use Holiday Extras again. The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient for the airport. On our return after 22 days away, our car was absolutely fine and safely parked in the confines of the hotel. We would have no hesitation in recommending Holiday Extras and have already sung your praises to others.

We had a long wait at Heathrow for the bus and when we arrived at the hotel we could not find our car. It had apparently been parked in a wrong section by one of the staff. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and had to go and look for it himself which took about an hour.

Hotel was fine and Transfer to airport was easy enought, however upon my return to the hotel to collect my car the hotel was unable to locate my car and took 45 mins to find.

I took a chance and chose the mystery hotel- it was ideal,easily located, spotless with excellent amenities and a prompt and friendly bus service to the airport. We shall certainly use holiday extras again as we see no reason to do otherwise.
