The hotel was a what we would describe as 'well worn' and not quite the standard you would expect for a 4 star hotel, however holiday extras are as good as ever for ease of booking etc

hotel was superb and we had a lovely nights stay before flying off to china.staff were very helpful and we were offered a room upgrade at checkin when we booked breakfast.

All ran like clockwork. Nothing wrong with the service from Holiday Extra's at all. The one small thing that has taken away from the experience was the hotel hoppa service offered by the hotel. The bus goes past the Hotel 3 times on return. Quite frustrating......

A very good deal which makes Heathrow an airport far more accessible than it used to be. Not only that we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of our hotel and it's restaurant. It was the Holiday Inn. Really good deal. Thanks

Excellent value deal by Holiday Extras but food at hotel not very good for 4 star rating and could not supply wine listed as available by the glass on the menu. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful.

We booked hotel and parking prior to flying from Heathrow. The rate was very good, especially for what we got. Nice hotel with no problems parking or transferring to the airport. Would use website again.

The hotel was lovely, but there was only one restuarant which was very expensive and only supplied buffet. I don;t mind paying for a good meal but i like to choose what i eat and there was nowhere else to go. NOt sure if i would book like this again.

We were experiencing problems with using Holiday Extras website to organise overnight stay and 14 days parking at Heathrow Holiday Inn so contacted by telephone. The staff member dealing with my call was really helpful and efficiently dealt with my booking. We were pleased with the level of customer service at the hotel and would have no hesitation in using Holiday Extras next time.

We had an undisclosed hotel/car parking, which would have cost £123 instead of the £90 we paid. The Hotel staff were very courteous and very helpful, and the parking was well protected. There was absolutely nothing one could complain of.

overall -- very pleased , especially for the money paid , the holiday inn for heathrow airport is very very good value , the only downside was the breakfast on day of departure --not good for the money paid --eating at 9 to 9.45am my wife and i were expecting the hot part of breakfast not to have been cooked such a long time before and therefore cold and dry !!!!!

the hotel i was allocated was within 5miles of heathrow,was a four star hotel and was charging £230 per night,i paid £85 and that included parking for ten days.
