The booking process was extremely easy. We were completely satisfied with our hotel and it's proximity to Heathrow airport. Would definitely use this service again.

Hotel and room were good, the restaurant food was good when you eventually got it, the service was just so very slow, sat down at 7.20pm and was still waiting for bill at 10.35pm. if the service had been prompt this would have been an excellent stay. i did have words with the restaurant manager about the service, only to find things worse when we came to get some coffee before our drive home when we came back to collect our car, there was only one person serving in a rather busy bar and they had to close one of the restaurants for lack of staff.

Bed was very hard and made it difficult for me to sleep, there were noises in my bedroom which I finally figured out were the fridge and the air conditioning. I did not get in any way the restful sleep before my flight I was hoping for.

Parking almost impossible at hotel and had to move car to a different hotel car park early the next morning. However, it was a very cheap deal and the hotel itself was fine.
