staff and facilties were very good room was lovely and car was reading and waiting on our return only problem we had when we left hotel bus decided to miss our hotel out for being picked up and hotel had to phone them

as we are a couple who smoke we found the room excellent the registration procedure was first class direct ro the hotel we had a slight hicup with and the hoppa service to and from the airport wasvery good as we flew out of T5 and returned toT3

Everything was just as it should have been as far as HE is concerned- thank you. We had a big problem with the Hotel hoppa and almost missed our plane but that had nothing to do with what HE provided.

We had one night at Holiday Inn plus 9 days parking. The value for money compared to any other option was incredibly good. The only real problem is that even with a sat nav, getting to and from the hotel was a mini-nightmare! Really glad we didn't have to pay full price for the hotel - it was as much as a flight!

Everything was fine. The M4 holiday inn was undergoing redevelopement so we experienced a slight delay checking in but otherwise everything was as expected.
