I was surprised at the 'off-piste' location at J4 M4 Holiday Inn and the difficulty in extricating my car on our return. Why did the staff not tell me I had to drive over the grass to get out of car park D?

A little chaotic (not sure if this was due to the refurb) but staff didn't seem to know bus ticket machine was out of order. Staff referred you to one area where something was and it was not there again not sure if this was due to refurb but otherwise ok

Had a very smooth booking and then realised on receipt of confirmation that the date was wrong. As it was a mystery hotel we did have a hassle to change the date. The recording proved that the it was an error on both parties. Though eventually resolved, too much hassle for such a minor change.

Everything at the hotel was lovely. However shuttle bus did not turn up, waited an hour. So had to catch a taxi to the airport, very disappointed as we had already purchased our shuttle passes.

Good service overall, but hotel unhelpful. No sign for concierge's desk and then slow service. First shuttle bus of the day failed to run.

We have no complaints. We booked in for 1 night and used the parking for up to 17 nights, plus we booked in for a second night on our return. Everything went smoothly.

The bedroom at Holiday Inn was excellent and the arrangements for parking were very satisfactory and value for money. Thought the breakfast was a bit high-priced, but good variety.

Hotel was close to airport, although initial parking was a little difficult due to volume of cars. Hoopa bus service was good car was parked in hotel car park adjacent to bus stop on our return. All staff encountered including bus drivers were friendly and helpful.

Other than not being able to find the road to the hotel (our sat nav didn't recognise the turn off) and doing an extra 40 minutes detouring, the hotel, staff and parking facilites were excellent.
