All went well at first, but didn't clean the room or top up coffee/tea facilities the next day + we had trouble with the key card not working, slightly annoying when your on the 9th floor !! overall for what we paid we were quite happy.

I was impressed with holiday extras from the beginning when I rang up to ask a question and spoke to a wonderful advisor. The hotel and the parking were perfect and we felt our holiday began from there.

Not the best hotel that we have stayed in at Heathrow. Bed too hard. When we returned they had not expected us as they had incorrectly written our day of arrival in a book. It took them over an hour to retrieve our car from a compound.
