Hotel wonderful. Parking excellent. Problem with booking was dealt with quickly and efficiently by very professional staff. Always use Holiday Extras. Never been disappointed in over 20 years. Well done.

This was very cost effective and made since with an early outbound flight the following day. The Hoppa bus did not start by time we needed to Terminal 5 but made fantastic sense to stay when it included parking. I would book this again for our next holiday
