every thing was good,hotel,staff,facilities,etc,the one night stay and parking deals are excellent value for money,use them on average twice a year and will continue to do so,have not been let down yet on the undercover deal, more power to holiday extra.s.com.

everything went smoothly and the staff were great.after a 15 hour journey it was lovely to relax and have a good rest before continuing our homeward journey.thankyou all.we will use holiday extras again when we next go on our travels.

Hotel comfortable and clean, staff friendly and helpful, hotel hopper was on time and took stress out travelling too and from airport. Only down point was our sat nav not recognising the road system!! Instructions from yourselves were A1.... We would definately use again.

Yes, i was very impressed.I don't know why I didn't get all the vouchers sent the first time but when I enquired I was quickly emailed our transfer vouchers.without hassle. The staff helpfully parked the car for me in a very busy car park. Lovely hotel and now I've been there once I should be able to get in the right lane and get to it quickly.
