Very good. Only problem was parking at hotel. Had to drive round several times before finding a space to leave car. Hotel good and hotel hopper very efficient.

Third time we have used this service and it has been the same hotel everytime. The hotel is always excellent and we even got an upgrade this time as they had no more non smoking rooms.Staff are always helpful and car parking facilities are good.

I thought it was too good to be true...getting a 4 star hotel for the night and two weeks free parking, but what a pleasant surprise and really easy on the money, too. Hotel staff treated us really well. I'd happily recommend anyone who's looking for a stop-over before flying from Heathrow the following morning and needing cheap, secure, car parking for any length of time to use holiday extras. (And don't forget to get your bus hopper tickets to get you from the hotel to the airport and back...another good saving). Great system. Thank you.

Hotel staff very responsive to room suggestions. Shuttle to Terminal 3 very good. Parking arrangements excellent- staff very courteous and efficient. Overall very good value.
