Helpful staff. Nice hotel. Only slight issue was the bus shuttle to Heathrow seemed confused by the prepayment and the paperwork.

Facilities - Good, Staff - Very helpful, on returning to pick my car keys up i was just given my keys and told my car was in car park D, i had to search a full car park for my car, would have been more helpful if it was parked in a numbered bay and i was told where to look.

Yes all went well except staff at the hotel on my arrival tried to convince me my breakfast was not included when I had quite clearly paid for it online as an extra as stated on my print out. After a tiring journey I didn't appreciate their approach to the situation when their facts were incorrect.
