even tho we had paid for breakfast the hotel insisted we had not it took over a hour for them to realise that infact we had paid for breakfast.

Pleasant staff at the front desk was a good start to our holiday. Everything went smoothly, even though I was slightly worried about leaving our car in their custody for three weeks. It was safe in the car park on our return, so no need to worry!

All as foreseen, no problems. Efficient check-in. Warm, quiet rooms, comfortable beds - just what was needed after an exhausting week travelling. Unfortunately didn't have time to experience anything more the hotel had to offer.

The only fault was that it was not copnfirmed to me that the bus to Terminal 5 only operated every 30 minutes and took 30 minutes to get there. In fact because I left early and the bus went direct to the Terminal it only took 20 minutes!

for what was supposed to be onsite parking my car had had obviously been driven through a very muddy area and I guess parked under trees as there was sap on the paintwork which took a lot of polishing out and the engine compartment littered with leaves.Otherwise all OK.

Everything was fine and the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Scored 9 because food and drink very expensive at the hotel so we ate at the local pub next door and the quality and price was fantastic so would recommend that instead of eating at the hotel.
