Holiday Inn M4 J4 is a nice friendly hotel.Room and Breakfast good.Parking sufficient but like most hotels near Heathrow parking area could be larger.Serviceair lounge at T3 was all that was required by me.

Great hotel. Have stayed here many times before and booked through holiday extras. Everything as described. Hotel staff very helpful. Parking excellent. Evening buffet at £16.50 was great for hungry teenagers. Will continue to use this hotel in the future

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 1 night with a 2 week parking package. The hotel was fantastic, very clean and the staff were lovely. We will definitely be doing it again next year.

On arrival we were greeted with friendly and helpful check in staff. Our car was parked at the hotel. I was surprised that the hotel wanted the keys, on our return the car had been moved but only to a car park further away from the reception area.

The Holiday Inn on the M4 is hotel to the e airport, It takes the worry out of reaching the airport in time and allows a relaxing night before a flight. and the reassurance of safe parking. Our car was not moved during our 15 day holiday to the States .

GENERALLY WEBSITE EASY TO NAVIGATE. THE HOLIDAY INN WAS GREAT, THE TRANSFER WAS NOT. WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR A BUS TO THE TERMINAL, IT WAS MEANT TO BE STRESS-LESS STAYING OVER BUT THIS WAS REALLY NOT GOOD!

Most things were wonderful, if you pre book the hotel hoppa make sure you print out the confirmation, the bus driver nearly didn't accept being shown the email on my phone as the hotel staff had told me to do! Wherever they parked my car (holiday inn j4) there was a red metallic dust all over the front which took me ages to scrub off - not what I wanted to do at 6 months pregnant!

We chose to leave our car at the hotel and stay in the hotel on our way home. Checking in the car was fine, didnt have to wait long for the bus going to airport or coming home. When returning to the hotel staff polite and helpful. The only problem was that the room we got given was a smokers room and as we are none smokers didnt like the strong smell, made us feel quite sick. We asked at reception about changing rooms but was told there was no other rooms available and they would get staff to go and air the room. which would take about half hour. They gave us a drinks voucher for the bar so we used that when we got some food that was quite expensive though. When returning to our room the smell was still really bad. We went back to reception who were very helpful and changed our room to an executive room which was alot better. Thank you.

Hotel experience fantastic; not so fantastic, finding one of the hotel employees had been through my LOCKED car glove compartment while we were on holiday. Complained to hotel management, action alledgeley taken following investigation, no further details shared nor compensated.

The buses were supposed to run every 20-25 minutes to pick us up from heathrow and we had to wait for over an hour. In this time 2 buses stopped to drop passengers off, but would not pick us up!
