Everything regarding the booking was fine. The directions I was given to the hotel were terrible. I don't have any problems following clear directions and these didn't match up with where we were going.

Holiday INN Heathrow junction 4 om the M was fine until I came to collect the car and then found that they had moved it and not told the staff where they had put it, which resulted in a 40 minute wait until the manager had located it and we could get on our way.

When I booked, I was of the impression that I parked my car, overnighted and retrieved it upon my return. I did not think that I had to leave my car keys so that my vehicle would be moved during my travel.

We have booked with hoilday extras many times because we get good service, and helpful staff, our flight was changed and they phoned the hotel to change our nights accomadation from Monday to Tuesday which was very helpful. Would recomend Holiday Extras to family and friends. Thank You.

4th or 5th time at this hotel so knew what to expect.several cheap local taxis firms for 10 min ride to heathrow.Also couple of pubs for food/drink within a few mins walk.It is more expensive than some other hotels but no real negatives.

everything went exceptionally smoothly. staff were very polite and extremely helpful. accommodation excellent. were confused with having get a parking ticket to get into the complex but phoned on arrival at barrier and staff very politely explained what we had to do.
