Everything went well other than our taxi being late in the morning and driving through red lights. All the hotel facilities and staff were brilliant

Easy to find the hotel. The bar meal and breakfast were both good. The refurbished room was comfortable and we both slept well.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. The only issue was the Heathrow Hoppa could be more frequent and the speed the drivers go is way too fast !!

Everything went very smoothly. The hotel was excellent and it was very helpful to be able to buy Hotel Hoppa tickets in advance and at such a good rate. The lady who took our booking was exceedingly helpful.

Nice rooms, as expected, we had dinner there which was lovely, it's a shame that breakfast wasn't included, we got it at the airport instead as it was cheaper. Buses ran on time so no problems there. Hotel staff very polite.

Good experience overall. Secure parking was excellent. They do not take your key so you know no one is going to drive it. My only dissapointment was in the holiday inn there was only one meal available in the main restaurant. We ordered some food from the bar instead- it took a long time to arrive and then it was cold, not even a little warm. I do understand the staff were stretched and the restaurant only had one meal to offer as there were a lt of people staying from cancelled flights.

The staff were very helpful. Everything went smoothly. Only downside was the long stay car park is at the very back of the Hotel on grass where you have to park on rough ground or under trees

Worked like a dream. Good hotel with comfortable room, good food and an easy transfer to the airport on the hopper. Took away all the stress of an airport dash on the day of departure. Will defiantly use again.

Room was icy cold. Food at breakfast did not taste very good. Staff were helpful and provided a heater to warm up the room however I could not get it to work. Food in restaurant in the evening was good. Polite staff overall.
