Great hotel with plenty of parking spaces. Very comfortable rooms and very helpful, polite staff. Convenient shuttle bus service to and from Heathrow. Happy days!

Car parking not secure. Family room was just a normal double! Sofa bed not made up. Completely misled by sales agent on standard of accommodation. No car parking available at hotel Would never use this company to book again.

Everything was fine with the staff they were very helpful, the restaurant was clean & friendly, the room was good apart from the bed & pillows didn't have a very good nights sleep considering we had to be up at 4am, the bed was uncomfortable & also the pillows were not comfortable woke up with a stiff neck.

Can not fault the Hotel, Rooms, Restaurant and service excellent for pre holiday park and stay. But directions not clear and signposting poor so a little difficult to get in to.
